General Information

This website has been created using modern scripting and layout techniques and is best viewed with the most recent versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera browsers. Users with older web browsers will still be able to access all of the site content, though formatting may change.

The site has been designed according to modern global accessibility guidelines, complete with valid CSS and Transitional XHTML 1.0 coding.
